How to request deletion

Email contacto@onixdigital.mx with the subject "Whattabot data deletion" from your account email and include:
  • the email you signed up with;
  • your business or organization name;
  • if you connected WhatsApp, the phone number with country code.
If you write from a different email, we verify your identity first to prevent malicious deletions.

What we delete

  • Your user account and bot settings.
  • Your conversation history and any files sent or received.
  • The WhatsApp Business account data we store and the token Meta issued to us.
  • Usage logs for your account.
We also unsubscribe Whattabot from your WhatsApp Business account. Your account and number remain yours in Meta; they're only disconnected from Whattabot.

Timing

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. We'll let you know at the same email. We only keep what the law requires.

Disconnect only

If you only want to disconnect a number or a bot without deleting your account, say so in your email. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, you can also disconnect from the app under Settings, Account, Business Platform.
