Whattabot

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Whattabot, you agree to these terms. Whattabot is operated by San Roman y Asociados Consultores RL CV ("Onix Digital"), Colina de la Paz 193, Boulevares, Estado de México, México. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept them for it.

2. What Whattabot is

Whattabot connects your WhatsApp Business account, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, to an AI assistant and a dashboard to serve your customers.

3. Beta

Whattabot is currently in beta. If we introduce pricing, we'll give you advance notice and you can cancel before it applies. During the beta the service may have interruptions or changes.

4. Your account

You're responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite to your organization. The information you add to your bot belongs to you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Whattabot to:
  • send spam or messages people didn't ask for;
  • mislead your customers or impersonate another business;
  • process minors' data without the legally required authorization;
  • distribute illegal or fraudulent content, or content that violates third-party rights;
  • attempt to breach the security of the service;
  • violate the WhatsApp Business policies or Meta's policies.
If we detect abuse, we may suspend your account.

6. WhatsApp and Meta

By connecting your number, you agree to the WhatsApp Business Platform policies and are responsible for following them in your conversations, including getting your customers' opt-in before messaging them first. Any per-message fees Meta charges are paid by your WhatsApp Business account directly to Meta.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited license to process it only to provide the service; that license ends when you delete your account.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and during the free beta our total liability won't exceed USD 100.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time by following these instructions. We may end access for anyone who violates these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the State of Mexico.
